    The course itself is informative

I gave a bad score because of the final test, many questions are still in Vietnamese or the answers don’t match the questions (mostly the ones with vietnamese answers)

  4. Too many mistakes in the test itself

I am doing an english course but sometime in the test I get completely vietnamese questions and answers, vietnames questions, vietnamese answers. Additionally sometimes the answer has nothing to do with the question. Sometimes the question is just a concatenated list of the answers and lastly sometimes the answers are some duplicated.
