To ensure the course is successful and ensures students’ rights when participating in SSVN Survival Skills courses, please take the time to carefully read the following regulations:

I/ PAY TUITION FEES

1. Tuition payment regulations

Students need to pay the required tuition at least 2 days before the Offline Practice session takes place. SSVN Survival Skills does not guarantee a reserved seat for students if they pay the fee on the day of the Offline Practice session.
Payment requirements for each program are as follows:

For refund requests, SSVN only handles the cases specified in section II.

Note: Students need to keep the invoice or notice confirming tuition payment throughout the course of study, from registration until the end of the term. SSVN Survival Skills does not handle cases of lost invoices and confirmation notices. During the study process, if there are any requests that need to be resolved, students need to send an email with an invoice or confirmation notice to SSVN Survival Skills at lienhe@daotaosocuu.vn for support. (requests sent by phone, text message, or in any other form are not considered official requests).

2. Tuition payment method

a. Online payment

Choose payment method : Pay by Card or E-Wallet via VNPAY on the E-learning platform website: https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/ with the following forms:

ATM card (Napas)
International payment card (Visa, Master)
Scan QR code through banking App or Momo

b. Payment via bank transfer

Transfer information:

For individual students who need to issue VAT invoices, please see section 3.

3. Issue VAT invoice

SSVN Survival SKills only issues VAT invoices to students after the course has ended.
Please provide the following VAT invoice information within 24 hours of payment:
- Company’s name:
- Tax code:
- Email to receive invoice:
- Invoice recipient name:
In the case that students need to issue a VAT invoice before the course takes place, tuition will not be refunded in any case.
Survival Skills Vietnam Company Limited does not process and store customers’ debit card information.
SSVN Survival Skills Company Limited encourages students to prioritize direct payment via Online Payment.

II. INCENTIVES

a. Applicable to all students

Students who register for the combo Basic First Aid course part 1 and part 2 (for individuals aged 12 years and older) will receive a discounted tuition of: 3,220,000 VND (290,000 VND off). (Original: 3,510,000 VND)
Students who register for a combo of Basic First Aid (for children from 6-11 years old) part 1 and part 2 will receive a discounted tuition of: 1,200,000 VND (160,000 VND off, compared to the original tuition of 1,360,000 VND) .
Students who register or recommend relatives, family, or friends will receive a 10% tuition discount.
Group registration incentives:
- Group of 2 students: 5% discount;
- Group of 3 students: 15% discount,
- Groups of 5 or more: 20% discount.

b. Regarding alumni

Alumni can participate in periodic practice review for FREE within 1 year from completing the Practice module.
After 1 year from the completion of the Offline Practice module, former students will receive a 30% tuition discount when re-taking the same course.
Alumni will receive a 10% tuition discount when registering for other courses.

Note:

Students can receive the offers in this sectoin, in addition to incentives on SSVN’s official media channels in the form of coupon codes applied directly when paying through the system https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/ . Students, please contact SSVN Survival Skills to learn more.
Offers in this section cannot be combined with other offers.

II/ TUITION FEE REFUND

Paid tuition will not be refunded, except in the following cases:
- If SSVN Survival Skills Vietnam cannot open a practice module within 6 months of payment, the customer can request a refund.
- If due to extreme unforseen circumstances the student cannot participate in the first Offline Practice session, tuition will be reserved for the next Offline Practice session (i.e. a maximum of 2 courses, clearly specified in section III about Fee Reservation).
SSVN Survival Skills will not process refund requests after the day the Offline Practice session takes place.
SSVN Survival Skills will refund the fee via bank transfer within 2 weeks from the notification of approved decision to refund.
If students want to transfer paid fees to someone else, please read carefully Section III.

III/ TUITION FEE RESERVATION

SSVN Survival Skills will reserve fees when students cannot attend the course due to unforseen circumstances, i.e. cases due to sudden health problems or changes in work schedule. Students need to notify SSVN Survival Skills 7 working days before the offline practice session.
The maximum fee reservation period must not exceed 6 months from the opening date of the first session of the course that the student registered for, and must be a 1 similar course. SSVN Survival Skills Vietnam does not commit to having similar courses frequently. Therefore, within 6 months from the date of reservation, students need to contact the consulting department to re-register for a course or transfer fees to another course. After this deadline, SSVN Survival Skills will not handle any cases.

IV/ FEE TRANSFER – COURSE TRANSFER

Students who do not participate in the course as registered will have the fee transferred to someone else before the course begins. After the course has taken place, SSVN Survival Skills will only reserve this fee in accordance with the fee reservation regulations in section III.
Fees can only be transferred once. If the person to whom the fee is transferred continues to fail to participate in the course at SSVN Survival Skills, the tuition fee will not be refunded and the fee will not be transferred to a third person.
If the initially registered course is in the form of preferential tuition, when transferring the fee, SSVN will recalculate the tuition fee according to the tuition rate of the transferred course.
Students are not allowed to change class schedules or courses after the course has begun.

VI/ INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRACTICE MODULE

1. Before starting the practice session

Students should arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in.
Clothes should be comfortable and easy to move in. Female students should avoid wearing skirts.
For students participating in the First Aid 4.0 course: Students are required to complete the theory section on their E-learning account and have an E-learning theory certificate before participating in the offline practice module.
For students participating in the 8-hour Basic First Aid Course: Students are encouraged to complete the theory section on their E-learning account before participating in the offline practice module. Or they can complete the E-learning module after the offline practice.

2. During in-person practical learning

The focus is on lectures and practical instructions. All module content can be accessed for free at SSVN First Aid App and Survival Skills Vietnam Youtube Channel . For the First Aid 4.0 course and the 8-hour Basic First Aid course: students are given a First Aid and Escape Manual .
Respect and cooperate with trainers and other students.
Put your phones in silent mode.
For First Aid courses for children: Parents do not participate with the children.

3. After completing the courses

Periodic Review: Regularly review learned knowledge and skills through SSVN’s review ecosystem: First Aid and Escape Manual , SSVN First Aid App , E-learning account , youtube , Facebook , zalo group,.. and free practice review modules for alumni within 1 year at https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/
Share first aid knowledge and skills with family, friends, and colleagues.
Encourage acquiring basic first aid supplies for yourself, your family, and the office.
Update your first aid knowledge and skills regularly by registering to retake SSVN’s First Aid Course at a discounted fee for previous students. According to current guidelines from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation, students are required to relearn first aid skills every year to ensure they remember and are well practiced when real-life situations arise.
