Warranty Policy

SSVN E-learning always wants to create the most favorable conditions for you to learn and update the latest first aid knowledge according to international standards through quality courses. However, if you are not satisfied or the course content is not as you expected, SSVN has a warranty policy, you can request a tuition refund via email: info@survivalskills.vn

Tuition Refund Policy for Online Courses

1. Within 2 days of payment.
2. Less than 5% of the lessons have been learned.
3. Purchase the course and pay directly through Kỹ Năng Sinh Tồn SSVN, or an authorized agent licensed to distribute courses by Kỹ Năng Sinh Tồn SSVN.
4. In cases where payment is not made directly through Kỹ Năng Sinh Tồn SSVN (e.g., purchased from an instructor or another account), Kỹ Năng Sinh Tồn SSVN is unable to provide a refund.
5. A technical system error that cannot be resolved within 72 hours is preventing students from accessing course content or completing the course.

Tuition Refund Policy for In-Person Practical Courses:

1. If SSVN Survival Skills Vietnam cannot open a practice module within 6 months of payment, the customer can request a refund. If due to extreme unforseen circumstances the student cannot participate in the first Offline Practice session, tuition will be reserved for the next Offline Practice session (i.e. a maximum of 2 courses, clearly specified in section III about Fee Reservation).
2. In the event that First Aid 4.0 courses require students to complete online theory modules before attending practical classes: If a student accesses the online course at least 48 hours before the practical class but encounters a technical system error that cannot be resolved within 24 hours, preventing them from completing the online module before attending class.

1. Two days after the payment date.
2. For the online course: Completed more than 5% of the total lessons.
3. For the First Aid 4.0 course: Students should only begin the online portion of the course within 24 hours before the practical class takes place.
