Environmental policy

I. Objectives:

• Protect the environment, prevent pollution, protect the health of employees and the surrounding community.
• Use natural resources reasonably and minimize negative impacts on the environment.
• Raise awareness of environmental protection for company officials and employees.

Applies to all activities of SSVN enterprises, including:

• Office activities
• Training activities
• Event organization activities

III. Content:

1. Minimize environmental impact:

• Strictly comply with Vietnam’s environmental regulations and international standards.
• Use energy efficiently and save natural resources.
• Reduce waste and increase reuse.
• Use environmentally friendly products such as recycled paper, vegetable-based ink, etc.

2. Raise awareness of environmental protection:

• Organize environmental education and training activities for company officials and employees.
• Encourage officials and employees to use public transportation, bike, or walk.
• Reward individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in environmental protection.

3. Collaborate and share:

• Cooperate with organizations and individuals in the field of environmental protection.
• Share environmental information with the community.

4. Evaluation and improvements:

• Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the environmental policy implementation.
• Continuously improve the environmental policy to fit the actual situation.

5. Specific commitments:

• Use recycled paper for all office operations.
• Use vegetable-based ink.
• Turn off electrical equipment when not in use.
• Organize tree planting activities.
• Limit the use of single-use plastic items.
• Implement waste classification at source.

6. The media:

• Publicize the environmental policy on the company’s website and information channels.
• Encourage customers and partners to join us in protecting the environment.
