Online payment by debit card is made through VNPAY’s payment gateway. Survival Skills Vietnam Company Limited does not process and store customers’ debit card information.

• SSVN only issues VAT invoices to students after the course has ended.
• Please provide the following VAT invoice information within 24 hours of payment:
  • Company’s name
  • Tax code
  • Email to receive invoice
  • Invoice recipient name
• In case students need to issue a VAT invoice before the course takes place, tuition will not be refunded in any case.
