I discovered a woman in an accident laying unconscious on the side of the road, her head and mouth showing signs of bleeding. I placed the victim on her side according to the recovery position that SSVN instructed. When she was taken to the police car, she was also lying on her side. Although everyone around me told me to put her on her back, I calmly explained to everyone that if she vomited the fluid could block her airway and stop her breathing.
