Sustainable Tourism Micro-credential is a flagship educational collaboration between Western Australian Technical and Vocational Education and Training (WA TVET) and the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT).

With significant support from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (AUSTRADE) and the Western Australia Vietnam Business Council (WAVBC), this course is designed to equip tourism professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop sustainable, eco-friendly, and socially responsible business models.

  7. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Participants will thoroughly evaluate case studies, real-world examples, and best practices in sustainable tourism, and apply their knowledge to address complex challenges and situations facing the tourism industry.
  8. Ethical and Responsible Decision-Making: Students will develop ethical decision-making skills and a strong sense of social responsibility in tourism, including considerations of cultural sensitivity, social justice, and responsible wildlife tourism practices.
